ABOUT

Resistance fitness is a women's only gym based on a 30 minute full body workout, suitable for all levels of fitness. Our workout is proven to be effective at helping women lose weight, tone up, gain muscle strength, increase metabolism and is proven to help bone density.

We use a combination of hydraulic resistance machines, aerobic exercises and weight based training using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, battle rope, weighted bars and slam balls. Every day is different!

Our hydraulic resistance machines work the whole body using every major muscle group, great for everyone who wants to gain strength, fitness and flexibility or those recovering from injury.

There are trainers on hand to teach and motivate at every workout.

We also offer daily online workouts for all monthly paying members, with high impact and slow and steady options available.

KETTLERCISE

 

At Resistance Fitness we also run Kettlercise and Kettlercise Combat MX classes. All classes are open to men and women.

Karen has been teaching Kettlercise for 3 years. The classes are great fun and will push you to the edge and more. 

​

Classes are suitable for everybody no matter their size, fitness ability, age or gender. You will leave feeling energised, strong and good about yourself having accomplished a hearty full body workout using just a kettlebell.
